WASS, Aston’s Web Appointment Scheduling System, enables you to sign up to touch point events such as labs, tutorials and workshops. This step-by-step guide shows you how.
Note that Careers + Placements and the Library use a different booking system –
this is only for events linked to your taught modules.
Your tutors will share a link (via email and/or on the Blackboard course) that enables you to view the list of events and sign up to attend at a specific date and time (providing spaces are still available). WASS will email you an appointment reminder that includes a link to add it to your online calendar (e.g. Outlook or Google).
